Eligibility

Age: Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction.

Capacity: Users must have the legal ability to buy or sell vehicles (e.g., business license for dealers).

Registration

Account Creation: Buyers and sellers must create an account to participate in the auction.

Information Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information for registration.

Before the auction

Inspection is crucial: Bidders are strongly advised to personally inspect vehicles and verify all information before bidding. Some auctions allow bringing a technician to assist with this process.

"As is" sales: Vehicles are sold without warranty or guarantee, meaning the buyer is responsible for any repairs or faults discovered after the sale.

Eligibility: Bidders must be competent to contract and may be required to provide a deposit to participate.

Confidentiality: Certain information may be considered confidential and cannot be shared or disclosed without permission.

During and after the auction

Bidding process: The auctioneer acts as an agent for the seller. All bids are considered offers that may or may not be accepted. The auctioneer can withdraw lots or cancel the sale at any time.

Payment: Successful bidders must pay the full amount, including all taxes and fees, before taking possession of the vehicle. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of the deposit and being banned from future auctions.

Delivery and removal: The successful bidder is responsible for taking delivery and must remove the vehicle within a specified timeframe to avoid additional storage fees.

Title transfer: The buyer is responsible for all registration fees, stamp duty, and incidental expenses for transferring ownership.

Once a sale is final, it generally cannot be canceled, and the buyer is responsible for any issues with the vehicle.

No Warranty: Specify that vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty unless explicitly stated.

For any disputes, the amount that customer paid will able to claim only that amount, no extra amount will be claimed.

For all judiciary cases, customer or dealer can file a case in Bathinda Court only.
